like I keep seeing social media propaganda that essentially equates hating your job or being tired with anti-feminist ideology, or offers anti-feminist ideology as a ready justification for hating your job & being tired. And then to push back against that, cis liberal feminists will be like “i love to work and I’m so strong and capable like an adult” and like..

you know you can hate your job and acknowledge how exhausted you are and how you’re being denied the rest you need without being reactionary. In fact over here on the left we talk about these things all the time.

If you have to watch just one Wuxia movie, it’s Hero. Donnie Yen fights Jet Li while upside down in the first ten minutes and it only gets wilder from there. One of the most gorgeous movies ever made.

For more beautifully shot wuxia, check out House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (this is also one of the best movies ever made). By that point you’ll be deep in and start looking for more on your own!
